Before you book a pick-up
Before booking a pick-up, it is important to generate a pick-up report. This will help in case any issue occurs during the parcel's journey.

DPD UK
- Type: Recurring pick-ups only
- Requirements: Minimum volume of 5-10 parcels/collection
- Price: pick-ups are not charged; however, a fuel charge will apply
- Plan: Paid subscription required

Evri dropoff
- Type: Incidental pick-ups only (using Evri dropoff Address to Address services)
- Requirements: Minimum 1 parcel/pick-up

- How to book it: pick-ups will automatically generate when a label is created from the panel, please remember to set up your sender address before.
- Note: Evri dropoff labels cannot be canceled, please contact Support if needed

FedEx
- Type: Incidental & recurring pick-ups possible
- Requirements: More than 10 parcels per pick-up for recurring pick-ups

Royal Mail
- Type: Incidental pick-ups only (booked outside of the Sendcloud platform)

- How to book it: pick-ups must be arranged directly with Royal Mail collection service, as they cannot be scheduled through Sendcloud
- Price: The price is £0.30 per collection
