They offer fast, affordable, and flexible delivery service which allows you to offer precise delivery time slots to your customers for a reliable customer journey.

Additional services
When creating your label in Sendcloud, you will have the option to choose the following additional services:

Home address only with signature
The courier will require a signature from the recipient named on the label before handing over the parcel, and will only deliver to a home address. If the recipient is not home, redelivery will be attempted or the parcel will be delivered to a local service point awaiting further instruction. -

Shipping methods
The DHL regular pickup service is compatible with four specific shipping methods:
- DHL Parcel Pickup - Next Day 0-5kg
- DHL Parcel Pickup - Saturday 0-5kg
- DHL Parcel Pickup - Next Day 5-20kg
- DHL Parcel Pickup - Saturday 5-20kg
DHL Return options:
Please note that Sendcloud's DHL return methods are drop-off only. However, you might see tracking updates indicating a 'collection' scan. This scan simply means the driver picked up the package from the drop-off location and can be ignored.
The tracking data is provided by DHL and cannot be changed by Sendcloud. Customers should drop off their parcels at the nearest drop-off location and should not wait for a collection.

Important information about rates & services
You acknowledge and agree that all goods being returned to you or being collected from one third party for delivery to another will be carried at your sole risk. DHL eCommerce UK does not accept any liability under any circumstances for any loss or damage to such goods (howsoever caused).
All parcels are subject to weight verification. In the event that an under declaration is identified, the correct weight will be used for charging purposes and a correction charge of £0.35 will be added. Please note: Fuel surcharges will also be charged on top of this fee.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a charge of £3.70 per Shipment will be raised for each subsequent delivery attempt. The Shipment will be returned to the sender after 5 working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received. It is agreed that charges for unsuccessful delivery attempts will be waived up to a maximum of 5% of total volume per month. There will be no re-delivery charge when a delivery is made later on the same day.
