Before you book a pick-up
Before booking a pick-up, it is important to generate a pick-up report. This will help in case any issue occurs during the parcel's journey.

Pick-up Options by Carrier
DPD DE
- Type: Recurring & Incidental pick-ups
- Requirements: Minimum collection volume of 10 parcels/day for incidental pick-ups
- Price: Included in the shipping label price
- Plan: No subscription required
- How to book it: You can book both recurring and incidental pick-ups via the panel by following these steps

DPD AT
- Type: Recurring & Incidental pick-ups
- Requirements: No minimum number of parcels required; however, you will need to have a DPD AT Customer Number

- 2,45€ (per pick-up if pick-up is for a single parcel),
- 3,60€ (per pick-up if only two parcels are being picked up)
- 10,15€ (monthly fee if fewer than 30 Parcels per month are shipped)

DHL DE
- Type: Incidental pick-ups
- Requirements: Maximum of 10 parcels per pick-up
- Price: €1.74 per parcel
- Plan: No subscription required

DHL Express
- Type: Recurring pick-ups only
- Requirements: You will need to have your own DHL Express contract
- Price: Included in the shipping label price
- Plan: Paid subscription required

How to book it: pick-ups will automatically generate for the next business day when a label is created from the panel with DHL Express pick-up methods.
The pick-up will come the following business day between 08.00 and 18.00 - Link: DHL Express contract activation
FedEx
- Type: Recurring & Incidental pick-ups

Requirements:
- For recurring pick-ups: Minimum collection volume of 10 parcels/day
- For incidental pick-ups: No minimum amount of parcels and the requests can only be scheduled for the same day or the next business day. Attempting to schedule a pick-up for any later date will result in an error: "pick-up Date too far in the future."
- Price: Free of charge for both pick-ups
- Plan: No subscription required
