Before you book a pick-up
Before booking a pick-up, it is important to generate a pick-up report. This will help in case any issue occurs during the parcel's journey.

Additionally, make sure to know the conditions of each carrier before you book a pick-up. Please review the carriers' conditions by clicking on the links provided under each section.
pick-up Options by Carrier
Chronopost / Chronopost Shop2Shop
- Type: Recurring pick-ups only
- Requirements: Minimum of 5 parcels per collection, that can be scheduled every day or just one day per week.

DPD France
- Type: Recurring pick-ups only

Requirements: Minimum of 1 parcel per collection, it is strongly recommended to ship a minimum of 20 parcels a month with DPD.

Mondial Relay
- Type: Recurring pick-ups only
- Requirements: No minimum required for pick-ups
- Exclusions: None
- Price: Starting from €129/month, pick-ups are offered directly by Mondial Relay and not through Sendcloud.
- Plan: No subscription required

FedEx
- Type: Recurring and incidental pick-ups available
- Requirements: No minimum required for incidental pick-ups, but a minimum of 10 parcels for recurring pick-ups, scheduled Monday to Friday.
- For occasional pick-ups: The requests can only be scheduled for the same day or the next business day. Attempting to schedule a pick-up for any later date will result in an error: "pick-up Date too far in the future."
- Price: The pick-up price is included in the label price
- Plan: No subscription necessary for occasional pick-ups

UPS
- Type: Incidental pick-ups
- Requirements: Minimum 1 package per pickup. We recommend that you request a pickup at least 1 business day in advance.
pick-ups via Direct Contract Only
For the following carriers, pick-up services are available exclusively through a direct contract:
- Lettre Suivie
- Delivengo
- Geodis
- GLS
- DHL Express
