Service Presentation

Home delivery before 10am to more than 25,000 towns in mainland France and Monaco.

Shipping method features:

• Shipments are handled from Monday to Saturday morning for delivery from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
• Delivery against signature and/or commercial stamp
• Return to collection points in case of unsuccessful delivery 
• Some regions of France are outside the scope of Chrono 10 delivery. Click here for a list of unavailable postcodes.

Service Presentation

Delivery before 1 p.m. the next day, everywhere in mainland France and Monaco.

• Monday to Friday delivery (except public holidays)
• Delivery to recipient against signature
• Re-delivery points in the event of unsuccessful delivery

Express delivery of your packages from 1 to 4 days to the European Union and the rest of the world.

Direct contract shipping methods

If you have a direct contract with Chronopost, you can easily integrate it with your Sendcloud account. Our Chronopost Contract Activation guide explains how to connect your direct contract. This setup allows you to ship under your own terms and conditions.

Pickups

Fixed pickups are possible starting at a minimum of 5 parcels per collection.

How to schedule pickups:

If you're interested in a fixed pickup and you ship a minimum of 5 parcels per collection, you can reach out to our Customer Support team. The collection request will be processed at Chronopost within 2-5 business days.

Pickup information:

• The pickup - if the minimum amount of 5 parcels per collection is reached - is free of charge
• The collection time slots depend on your ZIP code. You can give a preference that we will forward to Chronopost. We will let you know what the exact time slot is before the first collection. Collection time slots are between 9:00 - 19:00h.
• If no collection took place for whatever reason, it will automatically be rescheduled for the following working day. However, it's still advised to reach out to Chronopost.
• There are no collections on Saturdays and Sundays
• If you want to change or cancel a collection, please share this information with Chronopost (at least a week in advance)

Compensation Guide: Loss, Damage and Delay

Loss and Damage

Excerpt from Chronopost T&Cs: "Chronopost's liability is engaged in case of loss or material damage caused to the parcel during transport or non-delivery, except for sender or recipient fault, force majeure, inherent defect of the item, or insufficient packaging which constitute non-exhaustive exemptions.

If established, Chronopost's liability is engaged for the value of the goods on the day of the incident, the cost of its repair, or the direct reconstitution costs of documents,up to 250 euros per parcel, upon presentation of proof.

However, the indemnity limit for Chrono 18, Chrono Classic, and Chrono Relais Europe services, as well as for any parcel containing mobile phone items, is set at 23 € per kilogram, not exceeding 690 € per parcel, and upon presentation of proof."
