Purpose: Learn how to connect your own Amazon Shipping carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in three easy steps.
The Sendcloud subscription plans have been updated. If the subscriptions shown in the banner above don’t match your current subscription plan and you’d like to know more, please click here.
You must have a contract with Amazon Shipping in order to ship with Amazon through Sendcloud. To acquire an Amazon Shipping contract, contact Amazon directly. You can visit their official website here.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and Premium.
For more information regarding which plan is best for you and the needs of your business, you can always contact us via the support section of your Sendcloud account or click here.
Step 2: Connect your Amazon Shipping contract
There are two different ways of connecting your Amazon Shipping contract. Please make sure you select the right flow according to whether or not you already have a refresh token.
I already have a refresh token:
If you already use Amazon Shipping through a third party, you already have a refresh token. If so, follow the steps below:
- In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Carriers
- Find Amazon Shipping in the Carrier selection overview (don't go to My contracts!)
- Click on Enable own contract
- Add your Sendcloud email address & Amazon refresh token
- Click on Add contract
I don't have a refresh token yet:
If you don't use Amazon Shipping in combination with a third party, you probably don't have a refresh token yet. Follow the steps below to connect you Amazon Shipping account with Sendcloud.
- In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Carriers
- Click on My contracts > Add your own contract
- Choose Amazon Shipping > Add Contract
- Click on the link of the market in question:
- Login at your Amazon account
- Copy the redirect URL
Note: the URL is valid only for 5 minutes, so next actions must be handled immediately. - Go back to Sendcloud platform (step 3). Fill in your email address and paste the URL from Amazon (step 6) in the Redirect URL field
- Click on Add contract
Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your Amazon Shipping contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform and you can begin shipping on your Amazon Shipping rates. When you create a label with an Amazon shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
