Before you book a pickup
Before booking a pickup, it is important to generate a pickup report. This will help in case any issue occurs during the parcel's journey.

Pickup Options by Carrier
PostNL Belgium
- Type: Recurring pickups only
- Requirements: When you will request a pickup, a direct pick-up contract with PostNL BE must be shared, and Sendcloud will not be involved in this process.
- Price: Invoicing for pick-ups will be done directly via PostNL BE and no longer via Sendcloud
- Plan: Paid subscription required

DHL NL
- Type: Incidental and Recurring

for incidental pick-ups:
- To be requested min. 24 hours upfront
- Timeframe pickup: 09:00 - 17:00h
- A minimum of 5 parcels per pickup is required (a surcharge applies for fewer parcels)
Note: The 5 parcels per pick-up requirement is based on an average. The total number of parcels picked up in a month divided by the number of pick-ups should be higher than 5 to avoid a surcharge.

- Min. 100 packages/month + 5 per pickup
- For 300 packages or more, it will be possible to request a fixed pick-up time

- For 100-300 packages per month: The pick-up timeframe is 09:00 - 17:00h.
- For 300 packages or more per month: A fixed pick-up time can be requested, with a 2-hour window agreed upon between you and DPD.
