Short answer: create a support ticket in the 'Submit a request for a parcel' category and choose 'Address change'.
Description: The fastest way to process an address change is by creating a ticket. You can do this in your Sendcloud panel by going to Support > Submit a request for a parcel > Address change. Whenever we receive an update from the carrier, we will inform you via your ticket. We suggest you also check the tracking to see if the shipment is still going according to plan.
While we will do our best to help you, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your request will be approved by the carrier, especially if the parcel is already out for delivery.
