Domestic shipping methods 

Mondial Relay Point Relais L

Parcel delivery to one of the Relay Points available across Belgium, within an average of 3 working days*.

Dimensions:

• Maximum weight: 30 Kg
• Max weight volume: 0.125 m³
• Max length: 120 cm
• Max dimensions: L + W + H = 150 cm
• Mailing label glued flat on the largest side of the package

Criteria:

• Drop-off in one of the member Relay Points Belgium
• Notification by email and/or SMS 
• Delivery of the parcel to the recipient on presentation of an identity document and against a digital
• signature.
• Parcel available as a Relay Point for 14 calendar days
• No calling card

*Delivery is only possible within the country of parcel handover. For example: from Belgium to Belgium.

Shipping methods to Europe

Mondial Relay Point Relais International 

Delivery of your parcels in a Relay Point in France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands within an average of 3 to 4 working days. 

Dimensions:

• Deposit in one of the member Relay Points in Belgium

QR code shipping methods

QR code shipping is a convenient method that eliminates the need to print shipping labels. With this method, you can easily send parcels both domestically and internationally. Follow these steps to create and use a QR code shipping label:

1. Enter Shipment Details and fill in all the details for your shipment as usual.
2. Click 'Create Label' to generate a QR code (instead of a printed shipping label).
3. Go to the selected Relay Point with your parcel and show the QR code. They’ll scan it and print the label.

Pickup information

When you ship over 400 parcels a month with Mondial Relay, you can request a pickup via customer support. Below the 400 shipments per month you can handover your parcels at a service point. Keep in mind that you can only drop-off 20 parcels per service point. 

Packaging guidelines

The packaging used must be able to withstand the various types of handling operations during transportation. The following packaging and labeling guidelines are applicable to all the parcels entrusted to Mondial Relay: 

• Labelling: Affix the label on the outer surface of the packaging, perpendicular to the parcel and on the largest side. Make sure that the barcode is readable and that the label is not damaged.
• Outer packaging: The box must be made of strong double wall BC-flute cardboard that has no mechanical damage. Packaging must be chosen according to the type of product that is transported inside. Read Mondial Relay's recommendations for each product category in the document shared below.
• Inner packaging: Use a strong filling; immobilize the product, if there are several products, keep them apart so they don't damage each other; and secure the contents to make sure they are in a stable position.
• Closure: Make sure the packaging is properly closed and sealed with double H-tape with a minimum width of 48 mm.
• Minimum parcel dimensions:
  - Size: 15 x 10 cm
  - Weight: 100 g
  - Thickness: 1 cm

Excluded goods and/or substances

By using the services of Mondial Relay, you agree not to entrust them with the organization of the transport of illegal and/or prohibited goods. Mondial Relay will not (arrange to) transport and/or (arrange to) deliver the following goods and/or substances to a Collection Point:

a. The dangerous substances listed in the European Agreement for the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road ("ADR") in Classes 1 to 9, such as explosives, ammunition, gases, inflammable, radioactive, toxic or corrosive substances as well as all objects which by their nature or manner of presentation may pose a danger to man and his environment and to the safety of transport installations and means of transport, the environment and vehicles or which may damage and/or contaminate the other packages transported, other dangerous goods and/or substances;

b. If the transport of such goods or substances poses or may pose a danger to persons (including staff, auxiliaries or (sub)carriers) or other property; and
c. A non-exhaustive list: jewelry, precious stones, precious metals, securities or valuables, coins, foreign exchange or foreign currency, bank bills, means of payment (including credit cards, cheques, bearer securities), vouchers, goods falling within the scope of an ATA carnet including exhibition items, consignments containing human ashes or funeral relics, live or dead animals, (replica) (fire) weapons and/or their parts, narcotics, artifacts, counterfeit products, legally prohibited publications or audio-visual media, foodstuffs requiring conditioned conquest, examination copies/texts and tenders and documents to be provided in connection therewith, contracts, test results and similar documents.
