What's changing?
We're updating the availability of some Sendcloud features across our subscription plans to make it easier to access the tools that best support your shipping and returns processes.
The following features are affected:
- Address Validation
- Returns Portal
Address Validation
Address Validation helps identify and correct address issues before a parcel is shipped, reducing delivery errors and failed deliveries.
What's changing?
Address Validation is now included in all Sendcloud subscription plans, including the Free plan.

Return Portal
The Return Portal allows customers to register return requests through a self-service return experience.
To better match the needs of different businesses, the Return Portal is available in two versions depending on your subscription plan.
Return Portal (Limited)
The Limited version is included with the Growth plan.

- Up to 10 return rules
- Approve or deny return requests

Return Portal (Full)
Return Portal (Full)
The Full version includes all Returns Portal functionality and is available on Premium and Pro plans.

Everything included in Returns Portal (Limited), plus:
