Purpose: This is a guide on how your customers can choose in the checkout which service point their package will be sent.
Please note: if you decide to switch to the new module, your old service point delivery method will be deleted. Follow this guide to activate the new service points methods.
Important: It is currently NOT possible to display multiple carriers on one service point map.
Offering your customers the option of being delivered through service points can increase your shop conversion rate by up to 30%. It is also becoming one of the most favourite delivery options in Europe. You can easily implement it on PrestaShop thanks to SendCloud in less than 5 minutes by following the next steps.
Set up in Sendcloud
- In your Sendcloud account, navigate to Settings > Integrations. Find your PrestaShop integration and click Configure.
- Activate the switch to provide Service Point delivery options and tick the carriers you want to use for this type of delivery.
- Click Save.
Set up in PrestaShop
Once you have set up the service point delivery method in Sendcloud, it’s time to activate them in your PrestaShop checkout.
Important: Ensure that Service Points are activated in the carrier section of your PrestaShop.
If they are not active, an error message will appear when setting up Service Point delivery.

- Navigate to Shipping > Sendcloud. Here, you will notice that new service point delivery methods have been added for each carrier that has been previously selected in the Sendcloud application. However, those will be inactive. To activate them, you need to set up prices for each method.
- To activate your new delivery methods, click on Edit to be redirected to the Carrier Management page
- Edit your shipping method title and optionally change the 'Transit Time' to the expected delivery time description (e.g: 4 business days). If you would like, add a personalized logo.
- Set your shipping area(s) and costs, and set the size and weight of your packages.
- Review your shipping method information and activate it. Click on 'Finish' to save.
Important note for "One Page Checkout" users: Sendcloud service points are also supported on the native One Page Checkout from PrestaShop. Unfortunately, we do not support third party checkout modules.
