Correos
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. Pickups with Correos can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards).
Incidental pickups
To schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an incidental pickup from the Sendcloud panel. To learn how to do it, read our article How can I request a parcel pickup. Pickups with Correos can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards).
Conditions:
- Minimum: Each pickup requires a minimum of 5 shipments, with a monthly average of at least 10 shipments per pickup. This means it's ok to hand over 5 shipments, as long as the monthly average meets the 10 shipments per pickup requirement.
- Must be requested 1 workday before (low season) and 3 working days in advance (high season)
- Two different shifts: morning (10:00-14:00) or afternoon (15:00-19:00)
- For special pallet pickups, please contact our support team
- Costs: Free
Recurring pickups
You can schedule a recurring pickup directly from your Sendcloud panel if you have at least 10 parcels per pickup. To learn how to do it, read our article How to create a parcel pickup.
If you don't meet the conditions to request a pickup, you can drop your parcels at a Correos service point.
Correos Express
Incidental pickups
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. If you have a Lite, Growth or Premium subscription and you wish to schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an incidental pickup from your Sendcloud panel. Conditions:
- Minimum: 1 parcel per pickup
- Two different shifts: morning (10:00-14:00) or afternoon (15:00-19:00)
- For special pallet pickups, please contact our support team
- Same day incidental pickups can only be scheduled for the afternoon shift and they must be requested before 12:00
- Incidental pickups for the morning shift must be scheduled the previous working day before 16:00
- Costs for Free plan users: 2,00€ per pickup (01-05) parcels + 0,40€ per additional parcel
- Costs for users with a paid subscription: Free
Recurring pickups
Conditions
- Minimum of 3 parcels per pickup - 99 parcels maximum per pickup
- Pickups from Monday-Friday
- If you don't have parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. If not a surcharge may be applied.
- During low season, pickups must be requested 2 working days in advance; 4 working days in advance during high season.

For both incidental and recurring pickups, a surcharge of 2.50 € will be applied if the pickup could not take place due to one of the following reasons:

- No parcels to be picked up
- Parcels are not ready to be picked up when the driver arrives at the pickup address
- The address provided is wrong or incomplete
- The contact person is absent and the driver can not reach them.
UPS
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. Pickups with UPS can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards). If you ship with Sendcloud rates, you can only schedule incidental pickups. Recurring pickups with UPS are only available if you have your own contract with the carrier.
Incidental pickups

Conditions:
- Same day*: 5.60€ per pickup
- Next work day*: 3€ per pickup
- Surcharge for residential pickup (applies for both home pickups and companies that operate from a home address): 1.05€ per pickup. Learn about other surcharges with UPS here.
- Minimum: 1 parcel per pickup
- Pallets are not accepted.

If you don't meet the conditions to request a pickup, you can drop your parcels at a UPS drop-off point.
If you schedule a pickup directly with the driver or local office, Sendcloud is NOT responsible for any incidents incurred, including failed pickup and lost, damaged or delayed shipments.
When you schedule a pickup with a carrier, you automatically agree to their terms and conditions.
