Correos
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. Pickups with Correos can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards).
Incidental pickups
To schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an incidental pickup from the Sendcloud panel. To learn how to do it, read our article How can I request a parcel pickup. Pickups with Correos can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards).
Conditions:
- Minimum: 10 parcels per pickup
- Must be requested 1 workday before (low season) and 3 working days in advance (high season)
- Two different shifts: morning (10:00-14:00) or afternoon (15:00-19:00)
- For special pallet pickups, please contact our support team
- Costs: Free
Recurring pickups
To schedule a recurring pickup, send an email to support@sendcloud.com with the following information.
Required information to activate recurring pickups with Correos
- Carrier: Correos
- Company name
- Contact person
- Address, house number, flat number
- Postal code and city
- Phone (Spanish)
- E-mail address
- Amount of packages
- Pickup days (Monday-Friday)
- Start date
- Time frame (morning or afternoon)
If you don't meet the conditions to request a pickup, you can drop your parcels at a Correos service point.
Correos Express
Incidental pickups
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. If you have a Lite, Growth or Premium subscription and you wish to schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an incidental pickup from your Sendcloud panel. Conditions:
- Minimum: 1 parcel per pickup
- Two different shifts: morning (10:00-14:00) or afternoon (15:00-19:00)
- For special pallet pickups, please contact our support team
- Same day incidental pickups can only be scheduled for the afternoon shift and they must be requested before 12:00
- Incidental pickups for the morning shift must be scheduled the previous working day before 16:00
- Costs for Free plan users: 2,00€ per pickup (01-05) parcels + 0,40€ per additional parcel
- Costs for users with a paid subscription: Free
Recurring pickups
Conditions
- 1 parcels minimum - 99 parcels maximum per pickup
- Minimum 3 pickups a week
- Pickups from Monday-Friday
- If you don't have parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. If not a surcharge may be applied.
- During low season, pickups must be requested 2 working days in advance; 4 working days in advance during high season.
To schedule a recurring pickup, send an email to support@sendcloud.com with the following information.

- Carrier: Correos Express
- Company name
- Contact person
- Address, house number, flat number
- Postal code and city
- Phone (Spanish)
- E-mail address
- Amount of packages
- Total weight (kg)
- Size of packages (envelope, small, medium, large)
- Pickup days (Monday-Friday)
- Start date (at least two days after the request)
- Time frame (morning or afternoon)
For both incidental and recurring pickups, a surcharge of 2.50 € will be applied if the pickup could not take place due to one of the following reasons:

- No parcels to be picked up
- Parcels are not ready to be picked up when the driver arrives at the pickup address
- The address provided is wrong or incomplete
- The contact person is absent and the driver can not reach them.
SEUR
Pickups are not available for users with the Free plan. If you have the Free plan, you can use a shipping method that includes drop off (like Shop2Shop and Shop2Home).
Incidental pickups
Lite, Growth and Premium users can request incidental pickups directly from the Sendcloud panel. Read our article How can I request a parcel pickup? for the instructions.
Please remember to complete the reference field when requesting the pickup. Otherwise, the pickup request will fail. This is obligatory for SEUR.
Recurring pickups
Lite, Growth and Premium users can request recurring or fixed pickups by providing our support team with the following information.
Required information to activate recurring pickups with SEUR
- Carrier: Seur
- Company name
- Contact person
- Address, house number, flat number
- Postal code and city
- Phone (Spanish)
- E-mail address
- Amount of packages
- Total weight
- Size of packages (envelope, small, medium, large)
- Pickup days (Monday-Friday)
- Time frame: mornings (9:00-13:00) or afternoons (15:00-19:00). This depends on the remoteness of your pickup address.
- Seur Frío: To ship fresh goods with SEUR Frío, you must have activated "SEUR Frío" in advance in your Sendcloud panel. Read Step 3 of our article How to activate SEUR and ship with Sendcloud rates to learn how to do it.
UPS
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. Pickups with UPS can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards). If you ship with Sendcloud rates, you can only schedule incidental pickups. Recurring pickups with UPS are only available if you have your own contract with the carrier.
Incidental pickups

Conditions:
- Same day*: 1.35€ per pickup
- Next work day*: 0.73€ per pickup
- Surcharge for residential pickup (applies for both home pickups and companies that operate from a home address): 1.05€ per pickup. Learn about other surcharges with UPS here.
- Minimum: 1 parcel per pickup
- Pallets are not accepted.

CTT Express
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. Pickups with CTT Express can only be scheduled if you have a paid Sendcloud subscription (from Lite onwards).

Fee: 0.50€ per parcel with a minimum of 2.00€ charge per pickup up to 10kg + 0.08€ per additional kg. Note: Pick&Return methods will also receive this service fee.

Pickup cancellation: Cancellation via the Sendcloud panel is not supported once the pickup has been assigned to the local carrier office. Contact our Sendcloud support team to request cancellation.
Recurring pickups

If you schedule a pickup directly with the driver or local office, Sendcloud is NOT responsible for any incidents incurred, including failed pickup and lost, damaged or delayed shipments.
When you schedule a pickup with a carrier, you automatically agree to their terms and conditions.
