Delivery before 10:00 a.m. on the next working day following the day of collection in Spanish provincial capitals and more than 500 Spanish cities, and main districts of Portugal.

If the origin of the parcel is Portugal, it's not possible to ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands.

Pickup notifications:
Receiver will get 3 SMS alerts from Correos Express:
- When parcel has arrived at a Correos office
- 5 days after arrival
- 10 days after arrival and last reminder
- 15 days at a Correos office; on the 15th day they will be returned to sender
- If not picked up incurring additional costs.

Entrega Plus
Exchange service for when your customer wishes to return an item in exchange for another one. For example: change for a different size or a different color.
How does it work?
- Create a label and prepare the shipment with the replacement item. (Two labels will be generated.)
- Place the outbound shipping label on the outside of the box. You can place the return label inside, on the top of the product, for your customer to open and hand to the driver or in an envelope (waterproof) on the outside of the parcel.
- Book a pickup
- Send the parcel
- The driver delivers the replacement item and picks up the original item with the second label
- Correos Express delivers the original item to you

Export documentation
Only for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside of the European Union:
- Commercial Invoice- 3 copies
- Declaration Form In Spanish - 3 copies, you must download and fill the information requested, client's VAT number must be valid by the local authorities, for example deliveries in Canary Islands require the recipients to be registered at the ATC (Agencia Tributaria de Canarias), the same applies for each destination.
Both forms need to be located outside the box, in a special envelope for the customs authorities.
For shipments to Ceuta and Gibraltar, it is necessary to register in the Agencia Tributaria's Dispatch Authorization management system. This can be done online. Follow the steps indicated in this document prepared by Correos Express.
Pickups
Free plan users can schedule incidental pickups with Correos Express, since sending a package with Correos Express requires scheduling a pickup.
Recurring pickups are only available from the Lite plan onwards.

Loss or damage
All shipments with Correos Express include a coverage of 6,43 € per kg in case of loss or damage.
All damaged claims must include a damage report issued by Correos Express. The recipient must refuse delivery due to visible damages on the packaging and if they think that the items inside are damaged.
All claims must include the signed pickup report as proof that the parcel was handed to Correos Express.
Delay in delivery
Correos Express will do their best to deliver shipments in accordance with the normal delivery times advertised, but these are not guaranteed. Therefore, as a general rule, delayed shipments will not be eligible for compensation unless the reason for the delay is directly related to the carrier (insufficient workforce, etc.).
If the reason for the delay is a problem related to the carrier, you can open a claim and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. No compensation will be possible if the delay is due to circumstances beyond the control of Correos Express, such as environmental disasters, pandemics, civil uprisings and riots, inadequate packaging, etc.
