Purpose: In this article, we explain the surcharges that Correos Express may apply if you do not follow their shipping requirements.

| Wrong weight - Correction |
If the volumetric weight of a parcel is higher than the actual weight declared when creating the label, Correos Express will use the volumetric weight. Calculation: volume weight in kg: length x width x height / 6000 |
A correction will take place on one of your following invoices. |
| Undeliverable goods | If the carrier cannot deliver a shipment, the parcel will automatically be returned. The sender will have to pay for this. | The return charges (including transportation and fuel costs). |
| Excess on dimensions |
An additional charge will be applied to those packages whose maximum dimensions (sum of length + width + height) exceed 240 cm. The maximum admissible length is 300 cm. A surcharge will be applied to packages whose longest side (length, width or height) exceeds 150 cm. This supplement will be for every 60 cm fraction that exceeds 150 cm. These two supplements are compatible and independent of each other, which means that a package can receive both charges. |

| Zoning | If you select a sender address that's less expensive than the actual zone you're shipping from, a recalculation will take place. | The difference will be charged on one of the following invoices. |

If a parcel is missing a readable label, it won't be sorted or delivered to the correct address. An additional charge will apply to parcels without a readable label. |
The outbound price will be charged. |
| Fuel surcharge |
A fuel surcharge is an extra charge on a shipment based on the current fuel prices. It's a percentage of the shipping costs that'll be charged in addition to the shipping costs. |
The fuel surcharge is subject to the price of oil at the time. |
