Service Presentation
Guaranteed next working day home delivery service from the admission of a parcel, notifying the recipient for FREE with a time frame of delivery (mobile phone number must be provided for this service). Same rate for Paq24 (only applicable for Continental shipments in Spain).

- Maximum size: 240 cm, total sum of length, height and width (the longest side cannot exceed 120 cm)
- Maximum weight: 40 kg per package
- Volumetric weight: In case the real weight of your package is lower than the volumetric weight, invoice will be calculated by converting 167kg/m3 for land shipments and 333kg/m3 for maritime shipments.
- ePaq 24: only available for continental shipments and inside the same island delivery.
Note: For the recipient to receive an SMS or phone call from Correos Express the number has to be properly introduced on the label, this means either 0034 or +34, if you only write in 34 the system will not send a notification.

Paq24 Entrega en Puntos de Servicio (Service point delivery)
National service point delivery for continental shipments. Ship parcels directly to a Correos Express office, so your customer can pick it up on their preferred time.
Shipping method features:
- 2 delivery attempts

- LID (Localización inmediata del destinatario in Spanish, immediate localization of the sender in case of absence).
- Service days: Monday - Friday (except national and regional holidays)
- Free pickup (from Lite plans and up).

Pickup notifications:
Receiver will get 3 sms alerts from Correos Express:
- When parcel has arrived at Correos Office
- 5 days after arrival
- 10 days after arrival and last reminder
- 15 days at a Correos office; on the 15th day they will be returned to sender
- If not picked up incurring additional costs.

Entrega Plus
Exchange service for when your customer wishes to return an item in exchange for another one. For example: change for a different size or a different color.
How does this work?
- Create a label and prepare the shipment with the replacement item. (Two labels will be generated.)
- Place the outbound label on the outside of the box box. You can place the return label inside, on the top of the product, for your customer to open and hand to the driver or in an envelope (waterproof) on the outside of the parcel.
- Book a pickup
- Send the parcel
- The driver delivers the replacement item and picks up the original item with the second label
- Correos Express delivers the original item to you

If you are shipping with our rates you will not be able to open a ticket for the return shipment directly via the panel in case of delay, damage or loss. Export documentation
Only for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside of the European Union:
- Commercial Invoice- 3 copies
- Declaration Form In Spanish - 3 copies, you must download and fill the information requested, client's VAT number must be valid by the local authorities, for example deliveries in Canary Islands require the recipients to be registered at the ATC (Agencia Tributaria de Canarias), the same applies for each destination.
Both forms need to be located outside the box, in a special envelope for the customs authorities.

Claim procedure
All shipments with Correos Express have a coverage of 5,92€ per kg in case of loss or damage.
All damaged claims must include document of proof by Correos Express of damage, recipient must refuse delivery due to visible damages on the packaging.
All claims must include the signed pickup report or the 'carta de porte', as proof the parcel was given to Correos Express.
Delayed shipments can also be claimed for reimbursing shipping costs. Not applicable if deliveries are delayed for extraordinary circumstances: pandemics, natural disasters, etc.

Surcharges
Undeliverable goods:
Returned parcels due to the absent receiver or incomplete address will incur a surcharge, the value will be the same as the outbound shipment.
Excess size:
The 5kg service will be invoiced for every fraction of 60 cm that exceeded the maximum size allowance: (l+w+h=240 cm and no side can exceed 120 cm)
Zoning:
If a parcel is created with a sender address in one zone, but the pickup is in a different zone, the rate difference will be surcharged.
No label:
Correos Express drivers are instructed not to provide any labels, in case a label is requested from the driver an additional surcharge of 0,50€ + shipping costs will be applied. Keep in mind that the labels provided will send parcels to the address on the contract (Sendcloud), we advise you to always print your labels beforehand to avoid additional costs and delays.
Like every carrier, Correos Express has prepared a document about their General Transport Conditions. If you deviate from the conditions, a surcharge will be charged on your invoice afterwards. When you send with Correos Express, you automatically agree to the following conditions:
