Purpose: This article explains how order status filtering works and helps you control which orders are imported into Sendcloud, keeping your order overview clean and focused on those ready for processing.
What is order status filtering?
Order status filtering helps you choose which orders from your store are imported into Sendcloud based on their status. By selecting specific statuses like, processing or on-hold, you ensure only the right orders are imported and ready to process. This is especially useful if you want to avoid bringing in completed or cancelled orders and keep your workflow clean and efficient. You can update your filter anytime in the integration settings. When you make changes, Sendcloud will automatically import matching orders from the past 30 days, so nothing important is missed.
Customizing Your Order Status Filter
When you first integrate WooCommerce with Sendcloud, three statuses are pre-selected by default: pending, processing, and on-hold. This ensures that completed or cancelled orders are not imported immediately. The pre-selection helps you focus on orders that are ready to be processed. You can add additional statuses to your filter by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Woocommerce
-
Select the additional order statuses you want to include in your filter.
- Click Save.
Once saved, Sendcloud will automatically import orders with the newly selected statuses during future imports.
Done! Using the status filtering feature helps you make the most of Sendcloud, keeping things efficient and making sure only the most important orders are imported and ready to go.
