Purpose: Learn how to activate BRT to start shipping at Sendcloud rates.
If you already have your own direct shipping contract with BRT, you can't use Sendcloud rates to ship with this carrier. Read our article on BRT own contract activation to learn how to add your own contract to the Sendcloud panel.
Activate BRT with Sendcloud rates
Important: This carrier is only available from the Lite subscription onwards. Also note that in order to use BRT with our rates you must ship a minimum of 100 parcels per month (10 parcels per pickup). Not complying with the volumes can cause service cancellation from BRT.
If you ship at Sendcloud rates and do not send any package within three months, we will deactivate the carrier and you will not be able to ship with BRT at Sendcloud rates anymore.

To start shipping with BRT at Sendcloud rates, follow the instructions below:
- In your Sendcloud panel, go to Shipping > Carriers and find BRT in the list of carriers.
- Click the Enable button. You will then see the message "Request in review".
- Your request will be automatically sent to the Sendcloud Support team. Once our agents review the application, you will receive an email with a form.
- Fill in the necessary details and send it back to our team. You can do so by replying directly to the email that you received.
- Upon reception of the form, Sendcloud will share all the information with BRT. The carrier will proceed to create a sub-account for you to be able to ship with Sendcloud rates.
- Once your sub-account is active, one of our support agents will enable BRT for you and send you a confirmation email. Please note that this process can take between 1-3 working days (low season) / 2-5 days (peak season).
- Once the carrier shows as active in your panel, you will be able to start shipping with BRT at Sendcloud rates.
