Short answer: To start shipping with Poste Delivery Business, go to Settings > Carriers > Look for the carrier and click Activate. Our agents will verify your account and proceed to activate the shipping methods. To ship with BRT, open a support ticket from your Sendcloud account. Please note that you can only use our rates to ship with BRT if you are a Lite, Growth or Premium user.
If you want to ship with your own rates, you can connect your own carrier contract.
Explanation: When you create a Sendcloud account, the only shipping method you will see is Unstamped Letter. If not stamped, these labels won't be valid. If you wish to ship with BRT with Sendcloud prices, please submit a support ticket from your Sendcloud account or open a chat to request the activation of the relevant shipping methods and rates. If you prefer to ship with Poste Delivery Business, please go to your panel and then to Settings > Carriers > Activate PDB. Our team will in any case verify your account and activate the shipping methods if your details are correct.
