Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and Premium plan.
A confirmation message will tell you that your subscription is activated. Make sure that you have activated direct debit beforehand—click here for help setting up payment via direct debit in your account.
Step 2: Connect your Parcelforce account
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
- Login to your Sendcloud account and navigate to Shipping > Carriers > My contracts
- Find Parcelforce Worldwide in the list of carriers and click Add contract
Step 3: Enter your Parcelforce Worldwide account details
Complete the form with the information below and click Add this contract when you are done.

Tracking
To activate tracking for your Parcelforce shipments, you'll need to complete a few steps with your account manager:
- Request the DEA Document: Contact your Parcelforce Account Manager (AM) directly to request a Data Exchange Agreement (DEA). This document is crucial for enabling tracking services and must be signed and returned to your account manager.
- ExpressTransfer Number: Ensure your ExpressTransfer number is added to your contract details. This number is essential for receiving tracking updates in Sendcloud.
- Activate Tracking: Tracking needs to be activated separately for both international and domestic shipments. Please note that this activation must be handled by Parcelforce, and Sendcloud cannot influence this process.
Tracking Issues
Please be aware that Parcelforce occasionally experiences issues with returning tracking information to us. The carrier is aware of the problem, but unfortunately, it means there is a possibility that Sendcloud tracking for your Parcelforce shipments may not always be updated.
Updating Your Information
For the most current tracking updates and to ensure everything is set up correctly, keep in regular contact with your Parcelforce Account Manager. If there are any changes in the tracking process or new requirements, your account manager will be the first point of contact.
Once you've followed the steps above, your Parcelforce Worldwide contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform, and you can begin shipping on your Parcelforce Worldwide rates. When you create a label with a Parcelforce Worldwide shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
