Warenpost international is a good solution for anyone who wants to easily ship small and light shipments to their customers.

This shipping method provides your customer additional transparency through tracking and liability.

Shipping method features:

Good value solution for small and light goods
Fast customs processing for non-EU countries through electronic transmission of customs-relevant data
GoGreen can be additionally be added
Liability of your shipment up to €20
Proof of delivery by tracking until handover to international onward transport in EU and non-EU countries

If you want to use the above shipping methods, please make sure that the correct Billing Numbers are entered in our Sendcloud Panel. You can request the following billing numbers from DHL. In this article, we explain how you can enter the billing numbers:

Please note: the Standard and GoGreen method cannot be combined in one billing number. If you sign up for GoGreen, you will receive a separate billing number.

Important: Since your contract and the respective shipping methods are individual, please make sure that the shipping methods you agreed upon are activated by us. We have summarized a few points that may be relevant for you and your shipping.

What am I allowed to ship with Warenpost International?

The shipments may only contain products and goods. Written communications such as letters are excluded unless they relate to the contents of the shipment.

What do I have to consider when shipping a Warenpost International Product?

The parcels can be dropped off at Deutsche Post branches and bulk mail acceptance points. For up to 20 parcels, you can also use mailboxes, if the dimensions allow it. It is not possible to drop off the parcel in a parcel shop, Packstation, or to hand it over to the DHL driver.

For which destination countries is DHL liable for an International Premium shipment?

For some countries, DHL is only liable up to max. €20 plus shipping costs.
You can find more information about this in the DHL country overview. For all countries not listed, Warenpost International Premium includes proof of delivery by tracking until handover to the international further transport.

Return shipping

If delivery to your customer is not possible, the shipment will be returned to the original sender's address. For this purpose, DHL charges a surcharge.

Like every carrier, DHL has its own terms and conditions for shipping. If these differ from the conditions, a surcharge will be added to your invoice. If you decide to ship with DHL, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
