GOFO Home Delivery

Shipping method characteristics:

  • Domestic home delivery
  • Delivery within two days
  • Monday to Saturday delivery

Parcel dimensions:

  • Maximum weight: 30 kg
  • Maximum length: 120 cm
  • Maximum dimensions: 200 cm (length, width, and height)

Pickups

GOFO can pick up your parcels for you. If you ship more than 20 parcels per pickup, the collection is free. For smaller shipments, pickups are paid, and the cost depends on your delivery zone, the number of parcels, and the customer’s postcode.

To schedule a pickup, simply contact our Customer Service, and they will help you arrange the collection.

Claims

If you ship using Sendcloud's rates, Sendcloud acts as the intermediary between you and GOFO. In case of any incidents with your parcels, you can open a claim directly through the Support panel in your Sendcloud account. Surcharges

Surcharge Description Costs
Over maximum size

A surcharge applies to parcels whose total dimensions (length + width + height) exceed 150 cm.

 A higher surcharge applies for parcels up to 200 cm.

>150 cm - ≤200 cm - €6.70

 >200 cm - €65.20
Damaged label If the shipping label is damaged, unreadable, or missing, a surcharge may apply. The parcel might need to be re-labeled or handled differently before it can be processed. €1.45
Undeliverable/ refused parcel

If a shipment cannot be delivered, for example because it was refused or the address was incorrect, a surcharge applies. 

This surcharge equals the original outbound shipping costs.
