Purpose: This article explains how to process your end-of-day paperwork with the Geodis Manifest.

When shipping via Geodis, you must generate a manifest and hand it to the driver along with your items. With Sendcloud, this process is straightforward and can be done directly in the panel.
When you create a label with Geodis, it first needs to be confirmed in their system before it can be used. This confirmation step is automatically handled during the manifest creation in Sendcloud, so you don’t need to do anything extra yourself.
Another helpful feature is that you can generate a single barcode for multiple shipments in your pickup report. This means the courier only needs to scan one report instead of scanning each package individually.
Generate a Geodis Manifest
In order to generate the manifest, follow these instructions:

Go to Shipping > Orders > Created Labels:
Open your Sendcloud panel and navigate to the Created Labels section. -
Select Labels:
Choose the labels you have already created. -
Generate Manifest:
Click Actions in the top right corner.
Select Manifest for Geodis from the dropdown menu:

Download Report:
Navigate to the Reports section.
Download the report for your carrier:
