Poste Italiane/ SDA
For the Poste Italiane to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. If you wish to schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an Incidental Pickup from our panel. Click here to learn how.
Incidental Pickups:
- Minimum 1 parcel per pickup
- Must be requested 1 work-day before (low season) and 3 working days before (high season)
- Pickups with Poste Italiane/SDA work by shifts:
- Morning Shift: 09:00-13:00 hrs*
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00-19:00 hrs*
- For special pallet pickups please contact support.
- Costs: free
- Pickups can only be requested Monday through Friday, there are no pickups on weekends or holidays.
*Available times can vary and are subject to the availability of the local office. During high season, holiday season, and causes of force majeure pickup times may be affected.

Recurring Pickups:
Fixed or recurring pickups are those that happen regularly, they can be daily pickups or just on a fixed day(s) of the week, depending on your needs.
For recurring or fixed pickups you will need to contact support by sending an email to support@sendcloud.com with the following info:
- Carrier: Poste Italiane/ SDA
- Company Name:
- Person of contact's name (who will hand the packages to Poste Italiane/ SDA):
- Address, House Number and Flat Number:
- Postal Code and City:
- Phone (Italy):
- Email:
- The number of packages to be picked up:
- Total Weight (kg):
- Packages size (envelope, small, medium, or large):
- Days for the pickups (Monday-Friday):
- Observations (any special notes for the carrier):
- Date for the pick-up**:
- Time frame Mornings (9:00 - 13:00 hrs) or Afternoons (14:00-19:00 hrs)*:
Conditions for recurring or fixed pickups:
- Monthly subscription (Small Shop, Large Shop or Business Plan subscription)
- 1 parcel minimum per pickup
- Pickups can only be requested Monday through Friday, there are no pickups on weekends or holidays.
- If you don't have parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. Failed pickups due to parcels not being prepared on time or being absent may result in a surcharge.
- *Available times can vary and are subject to the availability of the local office. During high season, holiday season, and causes of force majeure pickup times may be affected.
- ** Requests must be submitted 2 workdays (low season: Feb-Oct) and 5 workdays during peak season (Nov-Jan) before the desired starting date
BRT
BRT enables recurring pickup service upon contract activation for all our users that are shipping with our pre-negotiated rates. Please find here the information regarding how to activate your BRT contract shipping with Sendcloud rates.

Conditions for recurring or fixed pickups:
- Minimum 100 parcels per month (est 25 parcels per week)
- Options:
- 1x week: 25 parcels minimum to be picked up
- 2xweek: 13 parcels minimum to be picked up
- 3xweek: 9 parcels minimum to be picked up
- 4xweek: 7 parcels per pickup minimum to be picked up
- 5xweek: 5 parcels minimum to be picked up
- Pickups can only be requested Monday through Friday, there are no pickups on weekends or holidays.
- If you don't have parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. If not a surcharge may be applied.
Important: Please note that you cannot book a pickup at different addresses with BRT, just the one address registered on your BRT contract.

Please keep in mind that in case of not complying with the aforementioned conditions, the carrier may apply a surcharge which will be reflected in your upcoming invoices.
If you schedule a pickup directly with the driver or local office, Sendcloud is NOT responsible for any incidents incurred, both failed pickup and parcels being lost/damaged or delayed.
