Purpose: This is a guide on how to schedule your packages to be picked up by your chosen carrier. You can schedule your packages to be picked up once or on fixed days. Each carrier has its own conditions and guidelines regarding pick-ups.
pick-up bookings made for the same day, during weekends, or on public holidays will not be processed and may result in a no-show. Carriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays, and all pick-up requests must be submitted at least one working day in advance. This is because carrier routes are planned early each morning. Any late submissions fall outside the finalized schedule. It is recommended to request a pick-up at least 1 business day in advance during the low season and 3 business days in advance during the peak season.
Poste Delivery Business
Please keep in mind that collections (both incidental and recurring) are subject to the carrier's availability.
Incidental pick-ups
You can schedule an incidental (one-time) pick-up with Poste Delivery Business directly from your Sendcloud account.
- Please note that it is not possible to schedule same-day pick-ups. The collection must be requested 1 workday before (low season) and 3 working days before (high season).
- pick-ups will take place between 08.00 and 18.00 during standard delivery hours.
- You may indicate a preferred time slot (morning or afternoon); however, please note that this is only indicative and not guaranteed.
- If the carrier does not show up for the scheduled pick-up, it should be considered null or canceled. In this case, a new pick-up must be scheduled.
-
If only one parcel needs to be collected, the shipment label must be entered in the reference field.
-
We recommend always generating a transport document and having it signed upon pick-up. The document should be retained for at least one week or until the shipment is delivered.
On this link, by entering your postal code, you can see which SDA branches are closest to you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop off parcels at Post Offices, collection points, or KiPoints — only SDA branches are currently allowed.
Recurring pick-ups
You can schedule a recurring pick-up with this carrier if you have a Lite, Growth or Business Sendcloud subscription. Read our article How can I request a parcel pick-up? for the instructions. Please note that activation may take 3-4 days.
- Minimum of 1 parcel per pick-up. If you don't have any parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. Failed pick-ups due to parcels not being prepared on time or lack of parcels may result in a surcharge.
- pick-ups are only available Monday through Friday. There are no collections on weekends or holidays.
- pick-up times are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier's availability and operational capacity.

pick-up returns are also possible with Poste Delivery Business

Key Conditions:
- You must have an active BRT contract to use this option.
- The same conditions as recurring pick-up apply (e.g., minimum parcel requirements, surcharges for empty pick-ups).
