Purpose: Learn how to connect your own MRW carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in three easy steps.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and Premium.
For more information regarding which plan is best for you and the needs of your business, you can always contact us via the support section of your Sendcloud account or click here.
Step 2: Enable your carrier contract
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Settings > Carriers > My contracts > Add my own contract. Then find MRW from the list and click Add contract. Here you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to MRW.
Step 3: Enter your MRW contract details
Enter your MRW account details and don't forget to click Add this contract.
You will need to request the following information from your MRW representative or by email to email@example.com. It is important that when requesting the credentials, they must be activated in "Production" mode so that you can activate your contract without any problem.
- Contract name (optional)
Franchise code: format 12345
Subscriber code: format 123456
I'm not getting any tracking updates. What do I do?
- Check with MRW if the option for tracking via WebServices (API) has been enabled.
Step 4: Enter the parcel dimensions (only mandatory for Urgente 19 and multicollo methods)
If you want to use the Urgent 19 shipping method or ship a multicollo shipment, it is mandatory to add parcel dimensions.
To automatize this, we suggest you to use our Boxes feature and create a shipping rule. Learn how to do this in our article Boxes feature.
Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your MRW contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform and you can begin shipping on your MRW rates. When you create a label with a MRW shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
