Purpose: Offer your customers the option of being delivered through service points that can increase your shop conversion rate by up to 30%. It is also becoming one of the most favorite delivery options in Europe. You can easily implement it on Ecwid thanks to Sendcloud in less than 5 minutes by following the next steps
Step 1: Activating Service Points in the panel
1. In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Integrations and click on the pen to change the settings of your shop.
2. Tick the box "Service Point" and the carrier for which you want to activate this delivery option.

Step 2a: Setting up a simple shipping method in Ecwid
1. Go back to your Ecwid Admin and navigate to the Sendcloud app
2. Click on the toggle switch to enable a simple shipping method
3. Fill in an appropriate name such as "Service Point Delivery" and the cost and confirm by clicking on the Save button
Step 2b: Setting up an advanced shipping method in Ecwid
1. Go back to your Ecwid Admin and navigate to the Sendcloud app
2. Click on the toggle switch to enable an advanced shipping method
3. Select a shipping method from the list of existing shipping methods you wish to use as a service point delivery shipping method and afterwards confirm by clicking the Save button
