Home delivery within an average of 3 to 6 days to 9 destinations in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom).

- Parcel available at collection point between 7 days (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain) and 21 days (other destinations) if the recipient is absent at the time of attempted delivery.

Returns from Europe to France
Mondial Relay Reverse
Return of your parcels from Europe (Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg) in Relay to France. The return times are identical to those of the delivery.
Criteria:
- Deposit in one of the member Relay Points in Belgium, Spain or Luxembourg
- Identical to those corresponding to the service chosen for the initial shipment.
Surcharges
Mondial Relay reserves the right to rectify any weight error on the basis of the indications of regularly controlled weighing equipment. In case of discrepancy, the difference in tariff will be claimed from the customer and an administrative processing cost of €15 including all taxes will be applied.
In case of non-conformity of the parcel given by the customer (dimensions, packaging, weight...), no refund can be made by Mondial Relay, the services of taking charge in Relay Points® and transport to the agency having been carried out.
Any parcel which cannot be sent to its final destination will be put at the disposal of the customer in a Mondial Relay regional agency.
Restricted products
Generally speaking, the following types of product cannot be shipped. Please note that this list is not exhaustive:
- All goods covered by national, European and international regulations on dangerous products (dangerous substances classified by the ADR (Accord for Dangerous Good by Road), classes 1 to 9 such as, but not limited to, explosives, ammunition, gases, flammable, radioactive, toxic or corrosive substances as well as all objects which, by their nature or according to their packaging, may present a danger to the human environment, the safety of transport equipment, the environment, vehicles or damage to others.
- All goods and articles which are contrary to labour law, and/or which by their nature or their packaging may injure MONDIAL RELAY employees or damage MONDIAL RELAY equipment.
Internationally, in addition to the items covered by the above restrictions, the following cannot be handled: Shipments requiring MONDIAL RELAY to obtain a special transport, import or export licence or authorization. - Consignments whose transport, import or export is prohibited by any law or regulation in the country of destination, in particular and without limitation furs, plants and perishable goods, psychotropic drugs, securities traded on the stock exchange, etc.
Packages whose packaging contains insults, threats or statements contrary to public order or morality or damaging to the image of MONDIAL RELAY. - Jewellery, precious stones, precious metals, securities, currencies, bank notes, payment instruments (credit cards, cheques, bearer securities,...), vouchers, goods travelling under ATA carnet including exhibition goods, shipments containing human ashes or funeral relics, live or dead animals, category A-B-C-D weapons regardless of the applicable administrative regime, narcotics, works of art, counterfeit products, publications or audio-visual media prohibited by law, foodstuffs requiring temperature-controlled transport, as well as tender response files, pre-qualification files, examination papers.
- Should the sender entrust MONDIAL RELAY with objects or documents subject to the above restrictions, these will travel at his own risk and peril and under discharge of any responsibility of MONDIAL RELAY. In the event of a breach of the above provisions, the sender authorises MONDIAL RELAY to dispose of the parcels in the manner it deems appropriate, including abandoning their routing, and will indemnify MONDIAL RELAY for all costs and consequences resulting therefrom for MONDIAL RELAY, of any nature whatsoever.
Indemnification
In case of loss of the parcel or damage noted, Mondial Relay pays a fixed compensation of 25€ including all taxes per parcel (including postage), whatever the value of the goods.
Mondial Relay does not provide for any compensation in case of non respect of delivery times (these being given as an indication).
Mondial Relay exonerates itself from all responsibilities in the following cases:
- Case of force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible and external fact),
- Inherent vice of the object,
- Failure to comply with the restrictions on taking over the package, the consignor's obligations or the conditions of admission of the package,
- Failure to comply with good packaging practices, particularly with regard to objects considered fragile (crockery, porcelain, bottles, glassware, etc.).
Users agree to be aware of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Mondial Relay.
