Purpose: Learn how to activate your own direct carrier contract in your Sendcloud panel, and connect it to your account to continue shipping on your pre-negotiated rates.
How to add your own contract
- In your Sendcloud account, navigate to
Settings > Carriers & Pricing
- Click on the My Contracts tab
- Click on Add contract
- Find your carrier in the list and click the Add contract button
- You will be asked to fill in some details related to your contract. The information required to authenticate the connection differs depending on the carrier with whom you have a contract.
How do I find out my contract information?
For most carriers supported by Sendcloud, you can find out exactly what information you need and how to obtain it in our Helpcenter. Simply search the Helpcenter for the name of your carrier, and you should be able to find a Contract activation article. For example: Bpost Contract Activation
