Connect Lightspeed to Sendcloud
Before connecting Lightspeed to Sendcloud, make sure you already have a Sendcloud account. If you need help setting up an account with Sendcloud, please use our Getting started with Sendcloud article.
Follow the steps below to connect your online web store:
- Find Apps in the menu on the left and search for Sendcloud within the App Store in Lightspeed
- Click on Free and Install the Sendcloud app via the green Install App button in the top right corner

Grant Sendcloud access in order to continue making the connection
- You will now be redirected to your Sendcloud account. Check if the connection was successful by going to Settings > Integrations. Lightspeed should now be shown at Connected integrations. Process your orders via the incoming order overview in your Sendcloud account.
