Shipping worldwide
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
bpost is temporarily suspending the acceptance of parcels destined for the United States starting Friday, August 22nd, 2025. This is due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations effective August 29th, 2025.
The new U.S. requirements mandate pre-payment of duties and taxes, for which no operational solution is currently available. This situation is beyond their control and affects postal operators worldwide.
They are working closely with their international partners to develop a compliant solution and will notify us as soon as service can resume.

Claims information
Opening a claim
If you are shipping with Sendcloud rates, you can open a claim directly from the Support menu in your Sendcloud panel. Click on +New ticket > Submit a request for a parcel > Select the issue. Fill in as many details as possible. Click here to know more.
Claim deadlines
Damaged: within 7 calendar days
Delayed/Lost: within 21 calendar days after the last physical scan of bpost
Delivered but not received: within 21 calendar days after the last physical scan of bpost
Compensation
In case of loss or damage, you will receive a compensation and the shipping costs back. bpost’s compensation is based on the weight of the package and the CMR (weight x CMR).
