General requirements for damage claims
Pictures of the:
- outside of the box including label;
- outside of the box including damage to the box;
- inner packaging visible + product;
- full product visible + damage.
List of excluded goods
- Ceramics, Pottery, stone;
- Jewelry, watches, real pearls, precious metals, gemstones;
- Hard plastic, Glass- and products including glass / hard plastic parts;
- Frozen-, perishable food, sugar- or chocolate products;
- Living- and dead animals or parts of it (eg. fur or other valuable fabrics);
- Alcohol, Liquids, Ice, (Jerry-) cans with oil or other liquid substances;
- Batteries (eg. Lithium);
- Antique and artwork;
- Plants and flora (all types);
- Carpet;
- Computers, laptops, chips;
- Tobacco products, Cannabidiol (CBD) products, E cigarette liquids (incl. nicotine);
- Dangerous goods (not limited to): Munition, guns, and weapons of all kinds, fireworks, spray cans/aerosols, fuses, ignition devices.
