Shipments to/from Sicily or Sardinia – 5% of the shipping cost
If you are shipping to or from Sicily or Sardinia, a surcharge will be applied.
Return to sender – Price of a new shipment
If a package cannot be delivered and must be returned to the sender, the cost of the return will be the price of a new shipment.
Possible return reasons:
- The parcel was not picked up within 3 days.
- The parcel exceeded the weight limit of 25 kg.
- The parcel exceeded the maximum allowable dimensions.

If you are shipping to or from Sicily or Sardinia, a surcharge will be applied.

A fuel surcharge applies to all domestic shipments.
Return to sender – Price of a new shipment

🌍 International services
Fuel surcharge – 2%
A fuel surcharge applies to all international shipments.
Shipments to/from the Balearic Islands and Corsica – €3.20
A fixed surcharge applies to shipments from the Balearic Islands and Corsica.
Shipments to/from Sicily and Sardinia – 5% of the shipping cost
If you are shipping to or from Sicily or Sardinia, a surcharge will be applied. This surcharge also applies to returns from these locations.
Where can I see these surcharges on my invoice?
Surcharges are applied by the carrier after the shipment has been processed and may not be visible when you create the label.
You can find these charges in your Sendcloud account via Account > Billing, where you can download your invoice in PDF or CSV format:
- PDF invoice: Shows a summary of your total costs, including surcharges.
- CSV invoice: Shows a detailed breakdown per shipment, including the tracking number, shipping cost, and any applied surcharges.
💡 Tip: Use the tracking number in the CSV to identify which shipment a surcharge applies to.
