Update your CoC and VAT number
Company registration and VAT numbers can be updated upon request. Our finance team will check the information and update it for you, ensuring everything is in line with our terms and conditions.
Changing your CoC number: To update your CoC number, please submit an invoicing ticket via our Support > Invoicing > Company Registration adjustment and select CoC. This way, your request goes straight to our Finance team, so they can process it as quickly as possible.
Changing your VAT number: Has your company been taken over and do you need to update the VAT number? In that case, we require an official written confirmation. This confirmation must be stamped with a company stamp or signed by a representative of the new company. This confirms that Sendcloud is authorized to use the VAT number of the new company. To request this change, please create an invoicing ticket via Support > Invoicing > Company Registration adjustment, select VAT, and attach the confirmation document.
