Chronological Queue Mode (formerly Automatic Mode)
Pack & Go's Chronological Queue Mode is designed for straightforward and efficient order processing. This mode is ideal for businesses with a small range of products that don't require extensive warehouse navigation. Here’s how it works:
- Order Display: Orders are shown on the screen sequentially, allowing packers to easily see what needs to be packed next.
- Settings: You can configure the order display settings to prioritize either the newest or oldest orders first.
- Item Verification: Optional EAN code scanning ensures each item is accurately packed. You can decide when to create shipping labels based on the packing status.
Load from Picking List Mode (formerly Scanner mode)
Load from Picking List mode enhances accuracy by incorporating barcode scanners into the packing process. This mode is particularly useful for businesses with more complex inventory systems. Here’s how it works:
- Barcode Scanning: After an order is picked, packers use a barcode scanner to scan the picking list, so that the respective order is open in Sendcloud.
- Order Processing: The system guides the packer through each order, one item at a time, based on the scanned barcodes, to verify that there were no mistakes in picking.
- Label and Slip Printing: Labels and packing slips can be automatically printed as items are scanned and verified.
Additional Features
- Order Management: Orders can be filtered by integration, date range, carrier, or SKU, allowing for focused processing. This feature also supports editing order details such as sender address, shipping method, and weight.
- Integration and Compatibility: Pack & Go integrates seamlessly with various e-commerce platforms including Shopify, PrestaShop, Lightspeed, Bol.com, Etsy, and Amazon, ensuring a smooth workflow across different sales channels.
- Print Options: You can choose to automatically print packing slips and customs documents alongside shipping labels, ensuring that all necessary documentation is readily available during the packing process.
