Purpose: Learn how to connect your own Hermes Germany carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in three easy steps.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and the Premium plan.

Step 2: Enable your carrier contract
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Settings > Carriers & Pricing. Go to the My contracts tab and find Hermes Germany from the list. Click Add contract. Here you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to Hermes Germany.
Step 3: Enter your Hermes Germany contract details
First make sure to login to Hermes by using the
Login with Hermes button.
Regional Sales customers of Hermes (>75.000 shipments per year): Login with the credentials that Hermes provided you with during the Hermes Germany integration project
After you logged in, you'll be redirected to Sendcloud. There should be two new fields. The Refresh token is already pre-filled. (Optional: add a contract name.) Click on the
Save changes button to connect your own Hermes Germany contract.
Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your Hermes Germany contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform and you can begin shipping on your Hermes Germany rates. When you create a label with a Hermes Germany shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
