Purpose: Learn how to connect your Instabee contract to Sendcloud using the API Key provided by your Instabee account manager.
Step 1: Have an active Instabee contract
To activate Instabee in Sendcloud, you need to have your own contract with Instabee.
If you don't have a contract yet, contact Instabee directly to discuss the available options and arrange an agreement.
Once your contract is active, ask your Instabee account manager to provide the API Key required to connect your contract to Sendcloud.
Step 2: Add your Instabee contract in Sendcloud
- Log in to your Sendcloud account.
- Navigate to Shipping > Carriers.
- Find Instabee in the list of available carriers.
- Select the option to add or activate your own Instabee contract.
Step 3: Enter your Instabee credentials
In the Credentials section, enter the following information:
- API: The API Key provided by your Instabee account manager.
Once you've entered the API Key, save your settings to complete the contract activation.
Your Instabee contract will be connected to Sendcloud once the credentials have been successfully validated.

If you've followed all the steps described above, your Instabee contract should now be successfully connected to Sendcloud. You can begin shipping using your Instabee rates. When you create a label with a Instabee shipping option, the label price will appear as 0.00 EUR in your account.
