VintedGo contract activation

Purpose: Learn how to connect your own VintedGo contract with your Sendcloud account.

If you have your own contract with VintedGo, you can connect it to your Sendcloud account and ship using the rates and conditions agreed upon directly with the carrier.

Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription

Sendcloud offers four subscriptions with which you can use your own carrier contract: Lite, Growth, Premium, and Pro.

Step 2: Enable your carrier contract

Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your VintedGo contract.

  1. In your Sendcloud account, go to Shipping > Carriers.
  2. Search for VintedGo in the list of available carriers.
  3. Click Add contract.
  4. You're redirected to the contract activation page, where you can enter your VintedGo account details.

Step 3: Enter your VintedGo account details

To activate your VintedGo contract, enter the following credentials:

  • Client ID: Your VintedGo client ID, found in the VintedGo partner portal under Auth0 credentials.
  • Client Secret: Your VintedGo client secret, found in the same section as your Client ID.

Next, fill in the contract settings:

  • Your reference name (optional): A name to help you identify this contract in Sendcloud. Only you can see it.
  • Merchant Hub ID (optional): Your VintedGo hub identifier. Only enter this if VintedGo provided you with one. Otherwise, leave the field empty.
Important: Only select Pre-production validation if VintedGo asks you to. This option connects you to the VintedGo pre-production environment instead of the live environment.

Finally, review your rates in the Rates section.

Once you've entered all the required details, click Complete to complete the activation.

Your VintedGo contract is now connected to your Sendcloud account, and you can start shipping with the VintedGo shipping methods available for your contract.
