We're updating our subscription pricing for customers in Spain, Germany, and Austria.
These updates include changes to:
- Subscription pricing
- Label fees
If these changes apply to your account, we'll notify you before they take effect.
This article only applies to customers whose Sendcloud account is registered in Spain, Germany, or Austria.
When will the new pricing apply?
The updated pricing applies from 1 August 2026 for existing customers in:
- Spain
- Germany
- Austria
If you're affected by these changes, we'll contact you in advance.
Who is affected?
New customers
New customers are customers who create a Sendcloud account on or after 1 June 2026.
The updated pricing applies to all new customers.
Existing customers
Existing customers are customers who created their Sendcloud account before 1 June 2026.
If you're an existing customer in Spain, Germany, or Austria, your current pricing remains unchanged until 1 August 2026.
Example
You signed up for Sendcloud in Germany on 15 March 2026 and already have an active subscription.
You continue paying your current subscription price until 1 August 2026.
From 1 August 2026, the updated pricing applies to your account.
We'll notify you before any changes take effect.

Trial customers
If you're using a Sendcloud trial, the pricing shown during your trial may be different from the pricing that applies when you convert to a paid subscription.

Example
You start a trial on 25 May 2026.
During the trial, you see the updated pricing in Sendcloud.
If you convert to a paid subscription after 1 June 2026, your subscription will still use the current pricing because your trial started before 1 June 2026.
What is not changing?
- Your Sendcloud account remains active.
- Your settings and integrations are not affected.
- You can continue using Sendcloud as usual.
