About FedEx Cross Border

FedEx Cross border is a separate from the regular FedEx network. It's specifically designed for international shipments. All shipments will be processed via the postal network. 

FedEx International Connect Worldwide

Service presentation:

FedEx International Connect Worldwide makes international shipping easier. Instead of needing multiple documents of export documentation, you'll only need one label. 

Shipping method features:

  • Delivery from Monday - Friday
  • 2 delivery attempts
  • Shipments are tracked with the exception of 'FedEx International Connect Untracked 0-2kg' (Direct contract only)
  • Parcels can be handed over at your local parcel shop (Direct contract only: parcels can handed over in combination with a pick up)
  • Standard insured up to €50

FedEx International Connect PUDO offers the possibility to ship packages to a parcel shop. This means that the receiver can decide when they want to pick up their parcel.
