Lettre Suivie contract activation

Objective: Learn how to connect your own Lettre Suivie carrier contract with your Sendcloud account.

Important update: From 30th September 2025, the port payé option will no longer be available. To continue using Lettre Suivie in Sendcloud, you must have an API Affranchissement Courrier Suivi (offre 3125) contract with La Poste.

Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription 

Sendcloud offers three subscriptions that allow you to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth, and Premium.

Step 2: Contact La Poste to sign the API Affranchissement Courrier Suivie (offre 3125) agreement

To request the API Affranchissement Courrier Suivie (offre 3125) contract, customers can contact La Poste via this weblink or reach out to the La Poste sales department by phone at 09 70 83 91 60 (for French customers and businesses only, contact page). The phone line is available Monday to Friday, 9h–17h.

Once the agreement has been signed, La Poste will provide you with your Contract Number and Customer Account Number. These details are required to activate your Lettre Suivie connection in Sendcloud.

Step 3: Activate your Lettre Suivie contract

Once you’ve received your Contract Number and Customer Account Number from La Poste, you can activate your Lettre Suivie contract directly in your Sendcloud panel.

  1. Go to Shipping > Carriers.
  2. Find La Poste Lettre Suivie in the list of available carriers.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Enter your Contract Number and Customer Account Number in the fields provided.
    • If a Secret field appears, enter 123456 to proceed.
  5. Save your settings, and your contract will be activated automatically.

Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your Lettre Suivie contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform and you can begin shipping on your Lettre Suivie rates. When you create a label with a Lettre Suivie shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
