Both a GB and an EU EORI number are required for shipments to the UK. Please check the following article for information on how to obtain an EORI, and how to ensure it is included on your customs documentation in Sendcloud: How do I add my EORI and VAT number?
Northern Ireland remains a member of the EU Customs Union. Tariffs and duties should not be required for goods sent from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.

From 16 January, DPD European Road Services are again fully operational and available for all customers to use their transport services to Europe, including the Republic of Ireland. When this is possible a surcharge of €1,75 will apply for DPD shipments to the UK. |
