Purpose: Learn how to connect your Sendcloud account with your Returnless portal.
You can easily link your Sendcloud account to your return portal in Returnless to continue shipping on your Sendcloud carrier rates. When connected, return shipments are created in Sendcloud with the associated rates, so you have an overview of all incoming and outbound parcels.
The return labels that are created will appear on your bi-weekly Sendcloud invoice. You will receive any payments for paid returns via Returnless.
Step 1: Create the Integration in Returnless
- Log in to the Returnless panel.
- Go to the Integrations menu.
- Click on the Shipping Contracts tab.
- Select Add shipping contract to set up the Sendcloud integration.

Step 2: Create API integration
In Sendcloud, go to Settings > Integrations and find Sendcloud API. Click on Connect and enter the following information and press Save.
- Name: Returnless
- Webhook feedback enabled: Yes
- Webhook URL: https://www.retourneren.nl/webhook/index/index
Step 3: Share API Data
After saving, your API data will be generated. Please copy the following information and input it into the appropriate fields in Returnless to complete the integration:
