Purpose: This is a guide on how to export parcel data/CSV files. Within the Sendcloud platform there is a large collection of data available. We have added the functionality whereby you can export the data related to your shipped parcels as a CSV file, allowing you to have even more visibility over the kind of parcels you ship.

How can I export my parcel data?
If you are on our Growth or Premium plan, you can download your parcel data as a CSV export from parcels in both the Shipped and the Cancelled labels tabs. By selecting the parcels you want to include in your report using the filters and clicking on Export CSV, the export will begin. You will receive the CSV file to the registered email address linked to your account when the export is completed.
You can use this data to compare shipping methods, analyze shipping data, and for any other purposes you have in mind.
- Select your parcels
- Click on Export as CSV
- The export will begin in the background
- When the export is ready, it will be forwarded to you via email
- Click the link in the email to download the export as a .CSV file
- Done!
If you are for some reason unable to receive the download file via the primary email address stated in your account, you can download the file directly by clicking on the notifications icon on the top right side of the platform.
You can also export your return parcel data by going to the Returns tab and selecting Export as a CSV file from the Actions dropdown menu.
