DPD contract activation (Austria)

  Purpose: Learn how to start shipping with DPD AT. You can do so via your own DPD AT contract or through our Sendcloud rates. 

Activate your own DPD AT contract

Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription

Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and the Premium plan.

Step 2: Enable your carrier contract 

Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract. 

In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Shipping > Carriers. Go to the My contracts tab and find DPD AT from the list. Click Add contract. Here you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to DPD AT. 

Step 3: Enter your DPD contract details

Complete the form with the information below and click "Save" when you are done.

  • Mandant number
  • Customer number
  • Depot number

If you don't know how to obtain any of the information listed above, contact your DPD account manager for guidance. 
Important: Since your contract and the relevant shipping methods are individual, please make sure that the shipping methods you have agreed upon are activated with us. Please note that this does not happen automatically. If you do not see the shipping methods, please contact our support / Live Chat.

Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your DPD contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform and you can begin shipping on your DPD rates. When you create a label with a DPD shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account. 

Activate DPD AT with Sendcloud rates

  1. In your Sendcloud panel, go to Settings > Carriers and find DPD AT in the list with carriers
  2. Click on the Request Sendcloud Rates button
  3. A form where you can fill in the Company details, Sender address, Return address will open
  4. Once you're done, click on  Request Sendcloud Rates

Your request is hereby sent to our Customer Support team! Please keep in mind that they need to wait for DPD to reply before they can activate the carrier. Once everything's ready, you'll receive an email from us and you can start shipping with DPD AT.
