Purpose: Learn how to connect your own DB Schenker carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in three easy steps.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscription plans allowing you to use your carrier contract: Lite, Growth, and Premium.

Step 2: Enable your DB Schenker contract
You can connect your DB Schenker contract once you have activated a compatible Sendcloud subscription.
- In your Sendcloud panel, navigate to Shipping > Carriers > My contracts and click Add your own contract.
- Find DB Schenker in the list and click Add contract.
- Enter the required credentials to validate the connection to the carrier.
Step 3: Enter your DB Schenker contract information
To activate your DB Schenker contract, fill in the following fields and click Add this contract:
- Contract name (optional): A custom name used to identify this contract throughout the platform.
- Group ID: Provided by your eSchenker account.
- Access key: Provided by your eSchenker account.
- Address ID: Provided by your eSchenker account.
Done!
If you have followed the steps above, your DB Schenker contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform, and you can start shipping at your own DB Schenker rates. When you create a label with a DB Schenker shipping method, the label price will display as 0.00 EUR in your account.
