Purpose: This guide provides detailed instructions for installing and migrating to the Sendcloud Cdiscount REST integration, enabling you to manage sales activities across various channels.
This updated integration connects to the REST API, helping you streamline your operations across sales platforms like Cdiscount Marketplace, Rakuten, CDON, Fyndiq, OnBuy, Worten, and others.

To connect to the new integration, you first need to make a delegation request via the Octopia API portal which hosts the Cdiscount REST connection. Here’s how:
- Visit the Octopia API portal homepage.
- Go to API Credentials Management and click on the Get Access button.
- From the dropdown menu, select I’m using a feed aggregator.
- Choose My Aggregator only requests my SellerID.
- Find Sendcloud in the Pick your Aggregator dropdown and grant access.
Connecting with Sendcloud
Follow these steps to connect the Cdiscount REST module with Sendcloud:

- Retrieve your Seller ID by clicking Settings in the top-right corner of your Octopia account.
