Note: GLS Belgium is only available with Sendcloud pricing in combination with a pickup. This means that you can not drop off your parcels at a service point. With GLS Belgium, you can send both B2B and B2C parcel shipments nationally and internationally. Depending on the destination of your package, you have the choice of 4 products:

GLS International ShopDelivery

GLS uses the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The highest weight applies. Keep this in mind when filling in the shipment information. The volumetric weight can be calculated as follows:

Length x Height x Width / 4000

GLS FlexDelivery

GLS FlexDelivery is the method for all your home delivery shipments within Belgium.

Shipping method features:

Reliable and fast transport of parcels up to 31.5 kg
Delivery within Belgium
Shipment lead times are, non-guaranteed, within 24 hours throughout Belgium
Tracking available
Second delivery attempt included
Standard insurance up to a maximum of 750 EUR per parcel, with an own risk of 50 EUR.

Characteristics of the parcel:

Maximum weight: 31.5 kg
Maximum dimensions:
- Length 200 cm
- Width 80 cm
- Height 60 cm
Maximum belt circumference: the belt circumference (1x length + 2x width + 2x height) of a package may not exceed 300 cm.
Maximum size: 126dm3 (Length (dm) x Width (dm) x Height (dm) = dm3)

GLS ShopDelivery

GLS ShopDelivery is the method for all your service point shipments within Belgium.

Shipping method features:

Reliable and fast transport of parcels up to 31.5 kg
Service point delivery within Belgium
Shipment lead times are, non-guaranteed, within 24 hours throughout Belgium
Tracking available
Standard insurance up to a maximum of 750 EUR per parcel, with an own risk of 50 EUR.

International shipping

GLS EuroBusinessParcel + FlexDelivery

With GLS EuroBusinessParcel + FlexDelivery, your parcels can be delivered throughout Europe. Shipments to neighboring countries such as the Netherlands, France, and Luxembourg, are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For more distant European countries, the turnaround time can be up to 5 days.

Parcel delivery throughout Europe up to 31.5 kg
Standard turnaround time for surrounding countries is 24-48 hours; more distant regions have a turnaround time between 48-120 hours
Tracking included
Including second delivery attempt or delivery to local ParcelShop if the recipient is not at home
Standard insurance up to a maximum of 750 EUR per parcel, with an own risk of 50 EUR

Tracking available
Standard insurance up to a maximum of 750 EUR per parcel, with an own risk of 50 EUR.

How do GLS pick ups work?

Shipments can be picked up daily at an agreed-upon time. If you would like GLS to pick up your parcels every week on a specific day and time, that's also possible.
To arrange a pickup, reach out to our Customer Support. Keep in mind that you need a minimum of 100 parcels a month.

Like every carrier, GLS has prepared a document about their General Transport Conditions. If you deviate from the conditions, a surcharge will be charged on your invoice afterward. When you send with GLS, you automatically agree to the following conditions:
