Purpose: Learn how to connect your Paack carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscription plans that allow you to use your own carrier contract: Lite, Growth, and Premium. To choose the plan that best suits your business, contact us via the support section of your Sendcloud account or click here.
Step 2: Enable your carrier contract
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Shipping > Carriers. Go to the My Contracts tab and find Paack from the list. Click Add Contract.
Step 3: Enter your Paack contract details
You will need the following credentials from Paack:
- Contract name (optional)
- Client ID (required)
- Secret (required)
Contact your Paack Account Executive or visit the Paack website to request the Client ID and Secret.
Once you’ve received these details, go to the Paack contract activation page in your Sendcloud panel (Shipping > Carrier > My contracts > Paack) and fill in the required fields. Don't forget to click Add this contract.
Note: If you change your identifiers or access codes in your Paack account, make sure to update them in your Sendcloud account as well to maintain the connection between the two platforms.
