Purpose: In this article, you will learn how to optimize your label printing by fitting up to 8 BRT labels on a single A4 sheet. This new functionality allows you to use the available space on your A4 paper more efficiently.
Previously, users could print a maximum of 4 BRT labels per A4 sheet, often leaving much of the paper unused. With the new BRT Label Printing feature, you can print up to 8 labels on one A4 sheet, significantly reducing paper waste and optimizing your shipping process.
Important Considerations
- BRT-Only Orders: This feature only applies when you are exclusively printing labels for BRT orders.
- Mixed Carrier Shipments: If your shipment includes carriers other than BRT, this setting will not apply, and the general label format will be used.
- Pack & Go Users: For those using the Pack & Go feature, the current setup only allows the first label position to be filled on the A4 sheet, leaving the other positions blank.
Important: Before printing, you need to tick the Show Print Options box to select the desired starting position:


How to Activate the 8-Label Printing Feature
You can enable this feature in two ways:
Option 1: Through the Incoming Order View
- Navigate to your Incoming Order View.
- Select up to 8 BRT orders.
- Click on the "Create: Shipping Labels"
- Tick the box labeled “BRT Label Printing: Print up to 8 labels per sheet when available".
Here, you select the position of the first label on the A4x8 sheet using the grid shown in the Print Options menu. This helps optimize label usage and minimize waste. Simply click the desired starting position before printing: - Proceed to print your labels.
Option 2: Through the Settings Menu
- Go to Shipping > Printing Options.
- Find the "BRT Label Printing" option.
- Tick the checkbox "Print up to 8 labels per sheet when available" to enable the feature.
- Update your settings to save the changes.
